When you visit our website, create an account with us (e.g., as an enterprise customer or technician), or communicate with us, we may collect certain personal information about you for which we act as a controller. This information will not be sold or shared with third parties (unless necessary for legal or service delivery reasons).This section describes the types of personal information we may collect about you as a controller, and the ways in which we collect such information. For clarity, this Privacy Policy does not apply to information that we process on behalf of our enterprise customers while providing the Dispatch services to them. The types of information that we may process on behalf of our enterprise customers may include the delivery recipient’s name, email address, place of business, and phone number.

Information our technician provide to us. Personal information our technician may provide to us through the Service or otherwise includes:

1. Contact data, such as first and last name, email address, mailing address, professional title and company name, and phone number.
2. Technician account data, such as the username and password that technician may set to establish an account on the Service, date of birth, vehicle information, car insurance information, business license or permit information, photograph, HAZMAT certification, and any other information that our technician add to their account profile.
3. Communications data, based on our exchanges with our technician, including when our technician contact us through the Service, social media, or otherwise and any exchanges between our technician and our enterprise customers using the Service.
4. Technician earnings data, such as total earnings, earnings history, and earnings per delivery.
5. Payment information needed to complete transactions is collected and processed directly by our payment processor, such as Stripe, as further described below in the “How We Share Your Personal Information” section.
6. Marketing data, such as our technician preferences for receiving our marketing communications and details about their engagement with them.
7. Government-issued identification number data, such as national identification number (e.g., Social Security Number and tax identification number), state or local identification number (e.g., technician’s license or state ID number), and an image of the relevant identification card.
8. Other data not specifically listed here, which we will use as described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.

Third-party sources. We may combine personal information we receive from you with personal information we obtain from public sources, such as government agencies, public records, social media platforms, and other publicly available sources.

For the personal information we collect about you as a controller, we may use your personal information for the following purposes or as otherwise described at the time of collection:

Service delivery and business operations. We may use your personal information to:

Any payment card information our enterprise customers use to make a purchase on the Service or information needed to make distributions to our technician is collected and processed directly by our payment processors, such as Stripe. Advertising partners. Third-party advertising companies for the interest-based advertising purposes described above.

Professional advisors. Professional advisors, such as lawyers, auditors, bankers and insurers, where necessary in the course of the professional services that they render to us.
